Wild Swimming Brothers team member Beth Harrison was selected from hundreds of participants to write, film and direct a short for the Random Acts series.
Harrison and Jack Hudson shot the short film above in the Lake District in England that explores how an immersive experience in nature can help free swimmers from the tensions and pressures of modern life on dryland.
