Kimberley Chambers returned to her roots in New Zealand and kicked off a fundraising effort with a speech in order to save a local swimming pool.
“We hope to raise $100,000.”
Seven Sharp, a top New Zealand current affairs program, broadcast her story.
Her story started on a family farm and has taken Chambers to channels and lakes, to podiums and corporations around the world as she has raised boatloads of money for various causes that range from military to social to medical.
“I feel truly honored to be part of an effort that will bring national attention to this very worthy cause in Piopio.”
