Participants do three circumnavigation swims around three islands in three days while sleeping on spectacular Sardinian sailboats that also follow their swims:

* Day 1: 3.2 km around Isola Soffi
* Day 2: 4.8 km around Isola Lavezzi
* Day 3: 5.7 km around Isola Cavallo
