National Geographics 21 Best Beaches In The World

Playa del Amor is located on the Sea of Cortez side in Cabo San Lucas in Baja Califorina Sur, Mexico.

It was once a landmark along the 38.6 km course of a World Professional Marathon Swimming Federation race in the 1980’s with Philip Rush, Paul Asmuth, and Claudio Plit.

It was also named one of the 21 best beaches in the world by National Geographic Magazine:

2. Cathedrals Beach in Ribadeo on the northwest Galician coast in Spain with 30m wave-carved rock arches
