On April 27th, Natação No Mar with 40-year-old Bruno Tomaz Torres, 34-year-old Edson Ribeiro Ferreira, 53-year-old Julius Sobral Vannier, 32-year-old Lucas Pamplona Vidal, 17-year-old Paulo Vinícius Ferreira Silva, and 24-year-old Vinícius Pereira de Souza with coach Izabel Thomas achieved their dream.
The team completed a 36 km Travessia do Leme ao Pontal crossing from Leme to Pontal along the Rio de Janeiro coast in Brazil in a time of 10 hours 39 minutes 18 seconds.
