With the host Chinese competing against their rival Russians and British in races between 100 and 1650 meters, Russia was represented by Alexander Brylin, Danil Brylin, Edward Hodakovskij, Andrei Mihalev, Victoria Mihaleva, Alexey Lebedev, Alexey Čerbandži, Julia Vodolažskaâ, and Ruslan Bobyrev while Great Britain was represented by Rory Fitzgerald and Kate Steels-Fryatt [shown above].
