Ryan Ballance, originally from Long Beach, saved another life on Monday. It was his second rescue and life saved in less than a year – one at Laguna Beach and one in the swimming pool.

Stacey Muñatones reported, “We are so lucky we have first responders like Ryan to watch over us in the pool and Pacific.

He reacts so quickly.”
