These are the words of advice of American endurance athlete Melissa Stockwell who was recently nominated for an ESPY Award. Melissa was an Army officer who lost a leg while serving in Iraq and has since become a first rate para-athlete and Paralympian (as a triathlete and swimmer at the 2008 Beijing Paralympics).
She also loses no time out of the water as a certified prosthetist and motivational speaker. Her story is inspirational to say the least.
