The Pacific Swim is Benoit Lecomte‘s solo swim attempt from the east coast of Japan, north of Tokyo, across the Pacific Ocean, to San Francisco, California.
Benoit estimates that his solo stage swim will take six months to swim the 5,419 miles across the world’s largest body of water.
The swim will be a stage swim where he plans to resume his swim each morning where he stopped the day before. He will be supported by a team of five aboard a 50-foot catamaran. [Read More…]
