Catherine Breed is a 30-year-old American competitive swimmer who represented the University of California, Berkeley who has completed marathon swims across Lake Tahoe, English Channel, North Channel, Monterey Bay, competed at SCAR, Del Valle Open Water Swim, and 20 Bridges, and pioneered a swim down the California coast from the Golden Gate Bridge to Half Moon Bay in a relatively brief career that started in 2016.

With her tenacity in and passion for the open water, it is not surprising that she teamed up with Hardcore Sport – whose designs we love.
