The 2017 Reef & Run Series ends on August 31th with its Boat to Beach race.

Race organizer Jane Cairns explains the logistics of the race that reached its maximum capacity,

“The Condor Express boat will take the swimmers offshore to the water start at 6:00 pm. We will have trash bags to transport minimal clothing and personal items from the boat into East Beach on paddle boards. Please no backpacks or duffel bags. Think: shorts, flip-flops, t-shirt in a grocery bag. Things can possibly get wet during the transport, so no important items please.“
