Martyn Webster, Ion Lazarenco Tiron and Victoria Cox finished second, third and fourth respectively in the September 8th 20 Bridges Manhattan Island Swim.
The trio completed the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming just behind winner Scott Kaloust, an orthodontist and former water polo player from Redwood, California [shown on left].
With the trio of Triple Crown successes, the highly popular 20 Bridges Manhattan Island Swim 2017 season ended with 69 successful circumnavigations out of 72 individual attempts (95.8% success rate).
