Stéphane Lecat, Directeur de L’Eau libre, Fédération Française de Natation (Open Water Swimming Director, French Swimming Federation), managed an open water swimming team-building challenge in 2018 with 16 employees of the WYZ Group of Compiègne in the north of Paris, France.

The WYZ Swim Challenge was a reverse-direction prison island relay from Quiberon to Belle-Île performed by non-swimmers who enjoyed accomplishing an aquatic challenge as a corporate team-building event.

17 employees of the WYZ Group completed the 14 km relay crossing in wetsuits in 6 hours 15 minutes under the direction of Lecat along with the help of French Olympic swimmers Aurélie Muller and Marc-Antoine Olivier on three escort boats.
