WOWSA Live with Dr. Güneş Kibar on Swimming between Turkey and Cyprus

Güneş Kibar PhD, MSc is a Fulbright Scholar, a Turkish swimmer and an event organizer of the Youth and Sports Club of Hacettepe Üniversitesi in Turkey. She is a Turkish lecturer who is a Fulbright Scholar and researcher who is developing novel means to produce micro and nanostructured lipid carriers at Harvard Medical School.

During her off time, she she organized a 91.27 km Mediterranean Peace Route crossing from northern Turkey to Cyprus.

In 2020, she organized a 91.27 km Mediterranean Peace Route crossings from Cyprus to northern Turkey.

In 2021, she organized a 91.27 km Mediterranean Peace Route crossings from northern Turkey to Cyprus.
