Working On Fast Finishes For The Summer

This morning, the Open Water Swim Club decided to build up a whole lotta lactic acid in order to work on fast finishes in short open water races this summer.

The main set was a total of 4,200 yards, all done at various pace intervals depending on the speed and stamina of the masters swimming group.

6 x 100 (last 50 hard)
6 x 150 (last 50 hard)
6 x 200 (last 50 hard)
6 x 250 (last 50 hard)
