Water Margin – Hong Kong’s Link to the Sea is a bilingual publication that focuses on raising awareness and appreciation of the beautiful waters that surround Hong Kong and make Hong Kong what it is. The book was published by Ocean Recovery Alliance and Flynn Consulting. It features exquisite photography and engaging stories about Hong Kong’s magnificently unique aquatic landscape.

Water Margin takes you through a journey of Hong Kong’s maritime resources in all aspects, ranging from heritage, culture and recreation, to the breathtaking natural geography and wildlife. The intention is for the stories and photos in this book to initiate response and commitment in creating a future for Hong Kong waters as a sustainable asset for the next generation.

The key photographer of Water Margin is Robin Moyer, a veteran award-winning photographer with 16 years with TIME Magazine including a World Press Picture of the Year for his work on the war in Lebanon.

Ocean Recovery Alliance donated the book to Hong Kong’s 700 secondary schools. The book is available here.
