Feeding station, boat dock, a warm-up and cool-down pool, a large parking lot, showers, an expo area, a feeding station, the awards ceremony area, the check-in and registration area, announcers and the public address system, spectator tents and seating, a live feed screening area, the kayak assembly area … if all of these essential aspects of an open water event can be close to one another, it makes the organization and logistics of an event so much easier and more convenient.
