3x Swimming In Lough Swilly

Lough Swilly, Carlingford Lough and Killary Harbour it is one of three glacial fjords in Ireland.

Lough Swilly lies between the western side of the Inishowen Peninsula and the Fanad Peninsula in County Donegal and site of the Crana Swim Series that includes three charity open water swims that are held over three weekends.

The series includes the 2.5 km Lisfannon to Ludden Swim [that kicks off the series on May 8th], the 2.5 km Ned’s Point to Ludden Swim, and the 2 km Ludden to Ludden Swim. The proceeds from the Crana Swim Series are donated to Lough Swilly RNLI Station.

The series is organized collectively by Gerard Curran, Conor Rabbett, Marc Power, and Mark Rabbett.
