With live webcasts of major competitions, coaches no longer just have to stand on the feeding pontoons and wait to find out where their athletes are in the pack.

Now, thanks to service providers like Take It Live Productions, coaches on feeding pontoons and family members onshore can watch the athletes in real-time competing on an open water course on their smart phones.

It keeps the guessing out of the competition as the athletes swim around the courses.

Real-time feeds are great for coaches and great for families and fans.
