32-year-old Damon Mok is a triathlete and sports therapist from Hong Kong who has worked with the Chinese Olympic team at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games and 2012 London Olympic Games.

He is constantly thinking of the most efficient and innovative ways to recover from athletic performances – both for his patients and for himself as he constantly pushes the boundaries of his own speed, strength and stamina.

Photo shows Mok beginning the run up the beach at the end of the 2015 Jax Sheko Challenge in Hong Kong.
