Courtesy of WOWSA, Huntington Beach, California.

Taranath Narayan Shenoy is deaf and dumb, but his courage and will power has been clear throughout his career of three English Channel crossings, a Catalina Channel crossing, a Strait of Gibraltar crossing, and a Cook Strait crossing as well as two circumnavigation swims around Manhattan Island and the Palk Strait.

Director Kuldeep Sinha, along with producer Films Division, created a short-form documentary film of the Indian channel swimmer in 1985.

The film is available here.
