Swimming Sam’s Bespoke Art

Sam Mould, a Frequent Flyer and illustrator, creates bespoke art from his personal experience.

The butterflyer loves to wander through landscapes, explore lakes and rivers, climb peaks, and cycle paths, all leading to creating beautiful images to share here.

The Frequent Flyers are a 6-person mixed relay team from Great Britain and Germany that attempted a 69 km (49 mile) butterfly charity relay swim in Lake Geneva, Switzerland. Mark Johansen, Kevin Blick, Mould, Robert Fisher, Rob Ouldcott, and Boris Mavra finished in 33 hours 34 minutes on July 13th-14th, swimming in headwinds exceeding 32 knots. The Flyers decided to change to freestyle in the interests of safety after nearly 13 hours. Their swim raised funds for Bloodwise (formerly Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research).
