Leif Renholm and adventurous swimmers from Australia, Brazil, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, India, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Great Britain, Germany, Hungary, USA and Sweden looking for a different type of swim will be going to Luleå, Sweden in early July to participate in the 1.5K and 3K Luleå Midnight Classic.
“Join us swimming in the middle of the night from one day to next in broad daylight. The start time for both races are set to 11:45 pm, which means that swimmers will be in the Luleå River in broad daylight. There is an opportunity to swim the 1.5K course on Friday, July 1st and the 3K grand final on Saturday, July 2nd.”
How enlightening.
