My favorite place to swim is Pago Pago Harbor where we first launched our youth Toa o le Tai program,” recalls Bruckner Chase.

The Toa o le Tai means Hero of the Sea or Ocean Warriors in the Samoan language. The innovative learn-to-swim and educational marine conservation program in American Samoa is managed by Bruckner Chase and his wife Dr. Michelle Evans-Chase.
