Michiel Land is a Dutch open water swimmer from Amsterdam who heads Open Water Swimming Amsterdam.

“My friends from Open Water Swimming Amsterdam and I are promoting our amazing sport in our region,” explains Land. “People enjoying their surroundings in a healthy way is never a bad thing, right? It also makes them aware of the ecosystem they are part of. And it’s off course, it is one of the best experiences a person could have.”
