Open Water Swimmers Can Enjoy A 34-hour Day

LongdaySin is a molecule that slows the circadian rhythm of certain animals such as the zebra fish. The effect is to increase their day to 34 hours. Research with mice suggest that the newly discovered molecule can possibly reset the biological clocks of humans. This would not only make LongdaySin a potential treatment for jet lag, but also allow swimmers to get in more work – professionally and in the water – per day.
