John Nash of the United States Marine Corps and a former participant in Florida’ Tampa Bay Frogman Swim created the new Okinawa Frogman Swim in Japan that was held concurrently with the Tampa Bay Frogman Swim.

“He has hopes for a bigger event in 2018,” says Rory O’Connor.

The Tampa Bay Frogman Swim has now spurned two virtual swims (Frogman Swim Yokosuka and Okinawa Frogman Swim) and a sister swim, the Golden Gate Frogman Swim in San Francisco, all raising money and awareness for the Navy SEAL Foundation.
