Natalya Pankina (Russian: Наталия Панкина) was an elite open water swimmer from Russia.

She not only swam a quick crossing of the English Channel in 2007 in 8 hours 11 minutes, but she also finished 5th in the 25 km marathon swim at the 2007 FINA World Championships and won three medals at the European Championships (25 km bronze in 2002 in Potsdam, 25 km silver in 2004 in Madrid, and 25 km silver in 2006 in Budapest).

Pankina now finds herself as an administrator in the United Arab Emirates where she works for the organising committee for the 10th FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) and the Dubai International Open Water Swimming Championships in April 2014.
