Martin Strel’s Swim With Pink Dolphins

Spread the love

Listen to Martin Strel on BBC World Service Radio for a great interview on his swims and motivations.

Martin tells about swimming the entire length of the Amazon, braving the world’s deadliest bull sharks, piranhas and pirates. He colorfully describes being protected by pink dolphins during every day of his Amazon Swim – and having to stay up for 94 straight hours at the end of his swim.

Listen here (starting at 11:35) where he announces his next swim in the Colorado River in America.
