Marie-Therese Bartl, Michał Perl Win Freestyle Sprint Titles at Winter World Swimming Championships

Germany’s Marie-Therese Bartl and Poland’s Michał Perl won the fastest race of the 2023 Winter Swimming World Championships held in Lake Bled, Slovenia: the 25m sprint freestyle.

Bartl led a quintet of five Germany sprinters to top the podium in 14.11 while Perl defeated Luka Turk who had swept the other freestyle events at the Championships.
