Isefjorden Crossing (or Kryds Isefjorden in Danish) is a 6 km roughwater open water swim in Denmark, co-organized by Peter Schultz.

At the inaugural race on August 7th, 115 people finished the tough 6 km swim across one of the fjords of Denmark where strong currents, waves and turbulent water had to be overcome.

We are planning a sequel of Kryds Isefjorden in August 2017,” said Schultz. “Hopefully the 2017 race will have even more participants from several countries. In a few years, we might even have created a major international race. At least that is what we aim for. The challenge is real.”
