59-year-old Kevin Williams of Ireland completed a 7.4 km swim from Robben Island in South Africa to achieve the Triple Crown of Prison Island Swims.

The 59-year-old Irishman who trains with the Tralee Bay Swimming Club previously had completed solo prison island swims from Alcatraz Island in San Francisco Bay and Spike Island in Ireland over the course of his lengthy open water swimming career.
