Joe Zemaitis Talks About Recovery From Extreme Sports On WOWSA Live

The 40-year-old from the state of Arizona is a successful competitive swim coach (Swim Neptune), an accomplished triathlete (7 Ironman Triathlons), an author (Joe’s Rules), an Iron Iceman, an Ice Miler, a world record holder (Hawaii Ironman Triathlon 19U record), and the founder of the Foundation for Aquatic Safety and Training, a marathon swimmer, a channel swimmer, and a stage swimmer.

Each of those achievements requires grit, patience, commitment, training, and proper preparation – that all require some sort of recovery – a topic that Zemaitis talks about on today’s episode of WOWSA Live.
