Helen Beveridge Aspiring To The Extreme

Helen Beveridge is making up for some lost time. Beveridge is a Scottish open water swimmer whose goals include completing both a solo crossing and a relay swim across the English Channel as she raising funds in support of Aspire, a charity who help people with spinal cord injuries to live independent lives, and also in support of Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.

The member of the Inverness Swimming Club is also an ice swimmer and winner of the non-wetsuit category in the First Monster Swim Loch Ness in August 2011.

She earned membership in the prestigious International Ice Swimming Association for her ice swim in Loch Achilty, Scotland this past March.
