“Emily has enjoyed a long run,” said Dave Thomas about American Emily Brunemann who was competing in her last USA Swimming National Open Water Swimming Championships.
She certainly has as the first American to win the overall FINA 10K Marathon Swimming World Cup series title and a long-time stalwart at the national championships and FINA World Cup series.
