Diary Of A Double – Introduction

Antonio Argüelles will attempt a two-way crossing of the English Channel in August 2021. He was scheduled to make his attempt this year but the global pandemic led to a delay until next summer.

Antonio will document and share his journey to accomplish a 67 km double crossing of the most famous channel in the world – at the age of 61.

Antonio will share his training goals and preparations. He will share how he prepares himself physically and mentally. He will share his nutritional plans and the logistical issues that come up while training during a pandemic.
