Darran Cusick Becomes An Iron Iceman

Darran Cusick competed in the IISA Ireland 1k National Championships and swam in Team Global Tridents, a 35 km relay with Christine O’Brien, Lauren O’Malley, Dominic Mudge, Louise Darlington and Francie Haughey across the North Channel, and completed the Ironman Barcelona (10 hours 7 minutes) and Ironman Copenhagen (11 hours 38 minutes) in 2018 and 2019.

With his 38 minute 19 second Ice Mile completed on March 7th 2020, the 43-year-old from Great Britain became an Ice Ironman with his success in the Lough Neagh Discovery Centre, Craigavon in Northern Ireland.
