With the water temperature nearing 16ºC, the 3,600 participants of the King and Queen of the Sea (Rei e Rainha do Mar) in Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro are getting ready for a cold one today in Copacabana Beach.
Alice Franco says, “Yes, it is cold, but this is a great competition and the sun is warm.”
