Aurélie Muller and Sharon Van Rouwendaal come from different countries (France and the Netherlands), but they train and race together.

And their swimming styles appear – at least over the surface of the water – to be remarkably the same [shown above with right hands over the surface of the water].

The training duo are shown swimming right next to each other during the 10 km race at the USA Swimming National Open Water Swimming Championships in Fort Myers, Florida.

They will be racing together again at today’s 5 km race in Florida. A live webcast starting at 8 am New York time is broadcast here by Chris and Nate Lundie of Take It Live Productions.
