Ashley Twichell Sticks To Proven Strategy

When Ashley Twichell has defeated her long-time rivals like Haley Anderson, Eva Fabian, Emily Brunemann, Stephanie Peacock, Tristin Baxter, and Becca Mann in a national 10 km race, she has always stuck to her tried-and-true strategy of going for it early.

1 hour 15 minutes into the race, Twichell is sticking to her proven strategy as she continues to push the pace hard, occasionally skipping a feed. She has commanded a good lead and dictated the pace of the lead group. This is a lead position that she prefers.
