Adam Walker flew to Southern California to cross the Catalina Channel en route to his Oceans Seven achievement.
He is returning to California again on June 13th to lead a one-day Swim Stroke Masterclass where he will teach his Ocean Walker Technique, an all-day lesson at the City of Hawthorne Pool.
“There are 2 swim sessions,” explains Walker. “During these, participants will learn the stages that build up to the stroke, concentrating on individual parts of the body, piecing the technique together. Not only does this give you more body awareness.
The swimmers are filmed throughout the day. During the theory sessions, they watch their progress back with live analysis. By the end of the day, they have all your stages plus before and after clips of their stroke so they can see how much they progressed in one day.”
There are only 3 places left. To register, visit here.
