A week after the aQuellé Midmar Mile, 2008 Olympian Chad Ho plan to participate in the inaugural Sanlam Cape Mile in Grabouw, South Africa.
The Sanlam Cape Mile is a professional 1-mile and 500m open water swim held on February 14th that offers R50,350 in prize money.
