The mental and physical strength of ice swimmer, marathon swimmer and channel swimmer Helen Lin is captured by photographer Brian Lewis of Boston, Massachusetts.

“Hopefully we’ll get an ice swimming shoot this winter…” said Lin shown with her dog Shorty who did an Ice Mile in Boston Harbor, Massachusetts in 2014 in 5°C (41°F) water in 33 minutes 59 seconds under the auspices of the International Ice Swimming Association.
