45-year-old Russian Vladimir Turovsky, who represents the Tyumen Club, is the fastest double amputee in the ice.

In 0.2°C water, he finished 132nd in the 50m freestyle at the 2019 Ice Swimming Arctic Cup in 1:35:99, 72nd in the 50m breaststroke in 1:38:15, and 49th in the 100m breaststroke in 4:08:59.
