The Northwood Festival of Sport is set in the stunning grounds of Merchant Taylors’ School.

With a 450-year history, the picturesque lake on the historic stately school provide a spectacular, rural open water course and the grounds are host to a full range of sporting events including a Children’s Fun Run and a Half Iron distance triathlon.

The two open water swims are 3 km and 5 km in distance. Two Aquathlon (Swim/Run) distances (Sprint with a 750m swim + 5 km run and Standard with a 1.5 km swim + 10 km run) are also offered.

Our swims take place in the large and sheltered Merchant Taylors private lake that are well marked with substantial water safety staff on hand. Sign up your family or friends in a team for one of our many events in the Festival and make it a day to remember,” says Laura Thornhill. “All our adult events are chip timed, professionally photographed and you will receive a finisher’s medal and a technical t-shirt for your participation.”

The Hercules Festival of Sport – Northwood is scheduled for May 27th 2018 at Merchant Taylors’ School, Sandy Lodge Rd, Moor Park, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 2HT, United Kingdom.
