WIGS produced this documentary on Diana Nyad, appropriately called Diana.

WIGS, a digital channel that produces high-end, original, scripted dramatic series and short films about the lives of extraordinary women. Diana is about 62-year-old Diana Nyad, an iron-willed swimmer determined to realize her dream by swimming from Cuba to Florida.

Iron will is an understatement when talking about these special ultra-marathon swimmers. Individuals who can physiologically and psychologically handle swimming for more than 24 hours in a harshly dynamic environment where their self-imposed suffering is done in an lonely and isolated manner.
