Penny Palfrey completed her record-breaking Molokai Channel swim earlier this week. It was a beautiful, courageous and deeply blue swim, punctuated by breaching dolphins, pods of dolphins, surprisingly no Portuguese Man-o-War, winds running counter to the currents, expert kayaking by Jeff Kozolvich and Cody Dickson, and spot-on piloting by Jim Dickson.
