
The Kendal Mountain Festival will present the World Premiere of Untethered, an inspirational 80-minute film about Melanie Barratt, on November 21st. Barratt is a British Paralympic gold medalist who became the first blind woman to swim the English Channel in August when she took 12 hours 20 minutes to cross from England to France at the age of 47.
She interviewed by Ned Denison of the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame earlier this year:
