Fans, friends and family can track the swimmers of the 25K Swim Across the Sound tomorrow (Saturday, August 6th). The online monitoring system will follow the athletes from Port Jefferson, Long Island to Captain’s Cove, Bridgeport, Connecticut in the eastern United States.

The Swim Across the Sound is a fundraiser for St. Vincents.
