At the Penny Palfrey press briefing in Grand Cayman yesterday, advisor Steven Munatones explained her feeding stick (to be used in rough seas), feeding strategy, support crew responsibilities, communications plan during her scheduled 68-mile swim between Little Cayman and Grand Cayman Islands this coming week.

The weather is blistery as Penny begins her waiting period. She will do a 5-mile test swim between Cayman Brac and Little Cayman Island on Monday.
